Plan, direct, and supervise financial activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, payroll and its related payment including contract related matters in order to ensure that such activities are conducted in accordance with Company's policies and procedures as well as Sarbanes Oxley requirement. Review general accounting mandatory reporting in order to ensure that all reports are present in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Standard as well as other regulation and reporting standard requirement.
